  • Strong background in in-store execution and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze store performance metrics.
  • Experience overseeing multiple, complex projects.
  • High level of creativity and eye for design.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong focus on detail and brand alignment.
