Overview

As a Senior Accounting Analyst at Decimal, you will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis and managing accounting processes for multiple clients.

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements for new clients.
• Identify discrepancies and develop procedures for clean-ups of general ledger accounts.
• Review month-end financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare financial close workbooks for new clients.
• Manage end-to-end accounting processes for multiple clients.
• Maintain up-to-date books using accounting software.
• Reconcile clients' bank and accounting ledgers.
• Process accounts payable invoices using bill-pay systems.
• Handle payroll journal entries and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with managers on accounting-related projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with QuickBooks Online.
• 2+ years experience working with multiple clients.
• 3+ years end-to-end accounting experience.
• 1+ years Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Experience with cloud accounting tools preferred.
• Exceptional workload and team management skills.
• CPA licensure is a plus.
