• We are looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Back End skills.
• The engineer will work on a user-facing software application with a complex data model.
• Must be able to write code that runs well with large data sets.
• Understand how to monitor application performance and fix performance problems.
• Mentor others on the team.
• Experience with SQL database design and querying is important.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC.
• Own the quality of your work and write tests.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Spend at least half of your time in the office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and PostgreSQL or similar tools.
• Experience writing tests.

Benefits

• Annual salary range is $125,000-145,000 based on experience.
• Eligible for an up to 10% annual bonus.
• Stock option grant.
