Plant Cost Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Plant Cost Analyst (PCA) is the main Finance contact for the Plant organization, focusing on Inventory and Cost Of Manufacture matters. This role involves monthly analysis of costs and providing support for financial objectives.

In Short

• Monthly analysis of fixed, variable, and MPE costs.
• Reporting Plant Fixed Cost and Cost Of Manufacture to site leadership.
• Preparing forecasts and ad hoc cost reports.
• Coordinating with Supply Chain for data accuracy.
• Reviewing Unit Price for manufactured materials.
• Maintaining Material Master data and running cost estimates.
• Providing cost simulations for different scenarios.
• Supporting finance projects affecting the business.
• Contact for internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX controls affecting finance.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 3 to 7 years of plant controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills, including SAP, BW, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
