Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruitment partner or talent acquisition specialist.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes in Forex, Crypto, or iGaming sectors.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software is a bonus.
