Requirements

• Native/fluent in German (C2) and fluent in English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

• Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Quick learner of new software and technologies.
• Effective problem-solving skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
