Apprentice Project Assistant (F/M/NB) - Remote

Overview

The Apprentice Project Assistant will work closely with project managers to support the creation and production teams on increasingly ambitious and creative campaigns.

In Short

• Assist project managers in various tasks and missions.
• Support clients from briefing to delivery of content projects.
• Participate in the development of quotes and coordination of creative/production teams.
• Contribute to strategic reflections including benchmarks and campaign mechanics.
• Assist in responding to calls for tenders and drafting recommendations.
• Ensure regular monitoring of social media trends and innovations.
• Ideal rhythm: 3 weeks in the company / 1 week in school.
• Start date: September 2025.
• Partial remote work possible based on organization.

Requirements

• First similar experience required (in an agency or with an advertiser).
• Organization, rigor, and sense of priorities.
• Curiosity, creativity, and autonomy.
• Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling.
• Operational English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of social media codes and communication world.
