Manager I, Engineering - AAA Authn - Remote

Overview

The AAA AuthN team is responsible for building highly available, low latency systems for authenticating customers’ credentials across Datadog. The team’s systems sit on the critical path for every request to Datadog. Backend Datadog services can trust our systems to verify the identity of incoming customer requests securely and reliably.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers with a diverse skill-set.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years managing a team of software engineers.
• 4+ years of backend programming experience.
• Experience architecting and operating distributed systems.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of actionable plans.
