A Wireless Network Engineer at Datacom will be responsible for implementing and supporting wireless networking solutions across various customer environments, delivering secure and high-performance wireless solutions.

In Short

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise wireless networks (Wi-Fi 6/6E)
Conduct wireless site surveys and spectrum analysis
Configure and troubleshoot wireless LAN controllers and access points
Work with platforms including Cisco Meraki and Aruba Networks
Collaborate with teams on wireless projects and upgrades
Develop and maintain documentation and configuration standards
Support wireless security initiatives
Stay current with wireless standards and technologies

Requirements

Proven experience in enterprise wireless networking
Deep knowledge of RF design and wireless protocols
Hands-on experience with Cisco or Aruba wireless ecosystems
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Certifications such as CWNA, CWDP, CCNP Wireless are desirable
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
