Overview

As an Event Marketing Manager at Dash0, you will be responsible for executing the company's events strategy from planning to delivery, aiming to enhance visibility among developers and enterprises.

• Execute Dash0’s event strategy end-to-end.
• Manage various event formats including meetups, conferences, and webinars.
• Identify and prioritize EU events by audience and pipeline potential.
• Oversee logistics, sponsorships, and branding for events.
• Coordinate content and programming for events.
• Design lead capture flows and ensure CRM handoff.
• Drive pre-event promotion and post-event campaigns.
• Manage budgets and negotiate sponsorships effectively.
• Support Dash0’s presence in the OpenTelemetry community.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in event marketing/planning.
• Experience in coordinating multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with technical content.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
