Overview

As a Tax Specialist Team Lead at "Das Kontaktwerk", you will be responsible for building and leading the Digitalization department, overseeing a team of professionals, and implementing digital transformation projects.

In Short

• Build and lead the Digitalization department and DATEV.
• Manage a team of 8 members.
• Plan and implement digitalization and change projects.
• Introduce new tools and automations.
• Develop and implement digital business processes.
• Act as a liaison between tax teams, IT, and clients.

Requirements

• Training as a tax consultant, preferably with further education (e.g., Tax Specialist, Accountant, FAIT, Office Manager).
• Leadership experience and knowledge of DATEV are essential.
• Experience with digital processes and change management.
• Strong digital mindset and service orientation.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills, empathetic, organized.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days/month (nationwide).
