Overview

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Shopify Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of high-performing e-commerce sites at Darkroom, a progressive omnichannel growth marketing agency.

In Short

• Develop custom Shopify themes and functionalities from scratch.
• Implement third-party Shopify apps and integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams.
• Maintain, debug, and improve existing Shopify sites.
• Manage backend tasks like product catalog updates.
• Optimize sites for speed, scalability, SEO, and conversions.
• Conduct comprehensive QA and testing processes.
• Stay updated on emerging Shopify trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing Shopify websites.
• Proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Shopify API integrations.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of website optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
