Associate Director of Creative - Remote

In Short

• Manage a team of designers and oversee high-impact design projects.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports for feedback and career development.
• Ensure high-quality work output focusing on visual craft and UX expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans.
• Lead UI/UX engagements and manage design projects independently.
• Present design work to clients and explain design choices effectively.
• Refine internal processes and provide training to enhance design skills.
• 3-6+ years of senior-level design experience with people management preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Experience in e-commerce or hospitality website design is a bonus.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of senior-level design experience.
• Digital portfolio showcasing web design and branding skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience collaborating with developers.
• Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities in English.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout and Components.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frameworks like Tailwind.
