Overview

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer with a strong focus on cloud security to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our organization's cybersecurity program, focusing on securing our Google Cloud environment and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems. You will work closely with other security professionals, engineers, and stakeholders to implement and maintain security controls, respond to security incidents, and promote a strong security culture.

• Providing in-depth expertise on securing Google Cloud environments (GCP).
• Implementing and maintaining security controls and technologies.
• Assisting in the identification and mitigation of cybersecurity risks.
• Participating in incident response activities.
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Contributing to security awareness training programs.
• Communicating security risks and recommendations effectively.
• Providing security input on new system designs.
• Assisting in evaluating and selecting security solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience securing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Experience with security tools and technologies.
• Solid understanding of incident response methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are desirable.
• Experience with compliance requirements.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
