Overview

The Recreation Intern will assist in implementing programs at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, providing opportunities for guests to connect with nature through various activities.

• Reports to the Recreation Manager.

Requirements

• Passion for the mission of the garden.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Must pass a background review.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outside.
• Experience in relevant fields (recreation, event management, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Canva.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in teams.
• Detail-oriented.
