Working Student in Marketing, Content & Design (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are Daniel Herrmann Consulting – a specialized boutique consulting firm for validation, compliance, and project management in the life sciences industry. Our clients are global pharmaceutical companies like Boehringer Ingelheim and Johnson & Johnson. We stand for efficiency, pragmatism, and results over bureaucracy.

At the same time, we are building traqx – an AI-supported enterprise platform for validation documentation. You will support not only an established consulting firm but also a tech venture in development.

We are looking for an engaged working student (m/f/d) in the area of Marketing, Content & Design, who will assist us at the intersection of content creation, visual design, and marketing operations. You will work closely with the management team to elevate our content to the next level.

In Short

• Create and visually design LinkedIn posts for approval (3-4 times a week)
• Design company assets: brochures, factsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
• Conduct content research: identify relevant formats and trends in the industry
• Manage LinkedIn account: comments, connection requests, and active engagement
• Performance tracking: collect, analyze, and report engagement metrics
• Support outbound & inbound marketing strategy implementation and optimization
• Prepare personalized messages for lead nurturing
• Provide operational support: maintain Notion, data entry, research, and reporting

Requirements

• Enrolled student – ideally in Marketing, Communication Design, Media Design, or similar
• Strong visual skills – confident use of Canva (Figma or Adobe is a plus)
• Affinity for social media – understanding how LinkedIn works as a B2B platform
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Willingness to learn and openness to new tools, processes, and AI-supported workflows
