In Short

• Lead end-to-end product development efforts for hardware products.
• Drive the development and execution of a holistic cross-functional hardware product strategy.
• Define and track critical program milestones and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external technology partners.
• Manage vendor schedules and objectives.
• Create clarity and communication around key decisions.
• Lead weekly meetings with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in developing complex hardware products.
• Experience in all phases of new hardware design and development.
• Experience establishing operations at contract manufacturers.
• Experience managing NPI engineering and production readiness.
• Ability to run hardware engineering programs with minimum supervision.
• Ability to present to executive teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or allied technical subject.
