Senior Origination Merchandiser - Remote

Overview

The purpose of the position is to support the Grain, Oilseeds, and Feed product verticals by handling and developing procurement efforts in the U.S., including supplier relationship management, and market analysis.

In Short

• Origination and procurement of grain, oilseeds, and feed ingredients.
• Maintain and develop relationships with strategic supplier partners.
• Draft, review, and input contracts into the MyFrey system.
• Engage with logistics for product delivery.
• Create weekly reports on price and market activity.
• Monitor geographical price points and communicate best-buy values.
• Update the PE with origin prices and indications.
• Maintain dialogue with export and sales teams.
• Participate in reporting and project status updates.
• Align work with company values.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage contracts and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
