Dalstrong is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Customer Service Specialist to enhance the experience of our clients’ culinary creations.

In Short

Assist customers with product inquiries and concerns.

Fluency in English is required.

Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.

Experience with Freshdesk is a plus.
