As an IT System Consultant, you are the technical link between our customers and our solutions. You analyze existing structures, accompany the technical introduction of our software, and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the first requirement to go-live.

In Short

• You advise customers on the introduction of our digital cash register systems and payment solutions
• You analyze technical requirements and accompany the implementation with your expertise
• You install and configure systems (remotely or on-site)
• You conduct training and document results clearly and understandably
• You work closely with project management and support and are a point of contact on equal footing

Requirements

• IT training or degree – or relevant professional experience
• Network knowledge & database basics (e.g., VPN, TCP/IP, MSSQL)
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Willingness to travel in the DACH region (about 1-2 times a month)
• Very good German skills (C1/C2) and solid English skills
