CTO / Head of Software Development - Remote

Overview

LCSI is a company that digitizes business processes end-to-end and offers a real alternative to complex solutions like SAP with its own low-code platform. Our team is small, well-coordinated, and works remotely with clear structures and real responsibility instead of corporate politics.

In Short

• Lead a development team of four to five people
• Responsible for the architecture, roadmap, and further development of our platform
• Shape the expansion of our own BPME standards
• Collaborate closely with consulting and delivery to connect product and customer needs
• Be part of the leadership circle and influence product strategy

Requirements

• More than ten years of experience in software development, with at least five years in a leadership role
• Solid knowledge of cloud architectures, DevOps, and common programming languages
• Experience in agile software development following SCRUM
• Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, and JetBrains
• Knowledge in ERP, ECM, or low-code systems is a plus
