Overview

JLL is seeking a Team Leader to lead the Accounts administration team for property and assets management, focusing on income and expenditure management, reporting, and teamwork.

• Lead the Accounts administration team for property management.
• Support rental income management and maintain reconciliations.

Requirements

• Accounting background (B. Com/M. Com/MBA Finance).
• Experience in basic accounting/book-keeping.
• Good computer literacy and Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in Real Estate Accounting is advantageous.
• Prior experience in transition/offshoring is a plus.
