Overview

As the Technical Product Marketing Lead at Dagster Labs, you will be building the product marketing function from the ground-up, setting the direction of our overall product marketing strategy, and collaborating with our founders and executives to drive revenue growth and product adoption.

• Lead product marketing initiatives to build product positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Crystallize our ICP and develop psychographic profiles for buyer personas.
• Develop compelling messaging to convey Dagster’s value to target personas.
• Educate and enable Sales and Customer Success teams on product capabilities.
• Oversee successful launches of new products and features.
• Collaborate with content marketing to develop various content types.
• Create thought leadership content showcasing the company’s innovation.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B.
• Strong understanding of data technologies and market trends.
• Proven track record of executing go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics.
• Strong project management skills.
