Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the BI function in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across the business. This role involves building and maintaining dashboards, writing SQL queries, and working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs. You will contribute to the team's shift toward proactive, insight-driven analytics while developing your skills across BI tooling, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

In Short

Support stakeholders across departments by building and maintaining dashboards and reports
Monitor and maintain existing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy
Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data
Identify trends in customer behavior and preferences
Help maintain and improve reporting frameworks
Respond to ad-hoc data requests and investigations
Collaborate with the data engineering team
Support analysis of promotional strategies
Contribute to self-service reporting capabilities
Promote best practices for data accuracy and governance

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
Working proficiency in SQL
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms
Basic familiarity with Git for version control
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good communication skills
Proactive self-starter with a curious mindset
