Digital Designer - Remote

Overview

You will be joining a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency that specializes in social media, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing. The team works with a diverse portfolio of clients—primarily within the wellness and lifestyle space—delivering design-led campaigns that drive engagement and performance.

As a Digital Designer, you will play a key role in producing high-quality, conversion-focused assets across social media, paid ads, and email marketing. This position requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to translate creative briefs into polished outputs, and the flexibility to adapt across different brands and industries in a remote, fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Design social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Produce high-performing paid ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and similar platforms.
• Design and build email campaigns and templates using Klaviyo.
• Create EDM assets optimized for engagement and conversion.
• Adapt and resize creatives across multiple formats, placements, and channels.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams in an asynchronous workflow.
• Maintain organized files and efficient asset management practices.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with Figma for component-based design and collaboration.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required).
• Experience with Klaviyo for email design and template development.
