• Develop and create leading visual concepts that communicate inspiring digital ideas.
• Drive best-in-class design practices across 360-degree campaigns.
• Design, manage, and produce design concepts through to full artwork stage.
• Work collaboratively with the creative team and support the executional process.
• Maintain a fast-paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects.
• Meet with clients and project teams to understand briefs clearly.
• Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web and digital marketing.
• Implement existing brand guidelines on projects.
• Present work internally and to clients while managing workloads.
• Stay up to date with current design trends.

Requirements

• A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital, banners, emails, landing pages, etc.
• Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
• Experience with brand identity and campaign identities.
• Experience working with beverage/spirits brands or retail/FMCG brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A team player with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to accept feedback and iterate designs.
• Curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
