Conveyancing Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The company is looking for a proactive and highly organized Conveyancing Paralegal to become a key pillar of our property law team. In this role, you will take full ownership of conveyancing matters from the initial opening of the file through to final settlement. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and financial institutions, ensuring that every transaction is handled with precision, speed, and a high level of professional care.

In Short

• Manage a high volume of conveyancing files from start to finish.
• Daily use of LEAP for matter management and document production.
• Utilize Dictation software to draft emails, letters, and legal documents.
• Manage client invoicing and basic file accounting.
• Coordinating and executing digital settlements via PEXA.
• Act as the main bridge between clients, brokers, and developers.

Requirements

• Experience in conveyancing.
• Familiarity with LEAP and PEXA.
