Architectural Designer / Documenter (ArchiCAD Experienced) - Remote

Overview

The company is seeking a highly capable ArchiCAD user to support detailed residential projects, working remotely with our Melbourne-based studio.

In Short

• Develop accurate 3D site models from survey data
• Implement design updates from company markups
• Produce detailed documentation
• Review and integrate schedules into drawings
• Maintain strict drawing standards
• Apply Australian Standards and NCC requirements
• Correct interpretation of contours, levels, boundaries, setbacks
• Translate instructions into coordinated plans, sections, elevations and model updates
• Set out drawings with clear, construction-ready information
• Ensure drawings reflect compliance principles appropriate to residential construction

Requirements

• Proficient in ArchiCAD
• Experience in residential architecture
• Ability to interpret construction details
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of Australian building codes
