Senior Developer (C# Web and Desktop) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer with solid experience in C# to work on the development and evolution of web and desktop applications.

In Short

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
• Work on web systems (APIs, services) and desktop applications (WPF, WinForms or similar).
• Handle MongoDB databases, including modeling and optimizing queries.
• Implement features focusing on quality, performance, and stability.
• Contribute to technical improvements and participate in architecture discussions.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical support to other developers.
• Collaborate on the continuous evolution of processes and best development practices.
• Work in a remote or hybrid setup for residents of Serra Gaúcha.
• Participate in a dynamic team environment.
• Engage in discussions and contribute to the overall quality of the systems.

Requirements

• Solid experience with C# and .NET (Framework and/or modern .NET).
• Experience with web application development (REST APIs, ASP.NET).
• Experience with desktop applications.
• Familiarity with MongoDB (data modeling, indexes, and queries).
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work autonomously in solution development.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
