Data Import Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Data Import Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and organization of data, facilitating the company’s ability to analyze and use it strategically.

In Short

• Enter, update and reconcile data across multiple systems, ensuring integrity and quality.
• Organize, transform and format data for analysis and reporting.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Work with internal teams to understand data requirements.
• Document processes and improvements in data handling.
• Use data analysis and automation tools to optimize processes.
• Propose improvements to data flows and internal processes.
• Record activities and services performed, keeping project implementation control documents up to date.
• Stay updated on product releases and versions that you implement.
• Test and validate error corrections and requested improvements with the client.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed higher education degree.
• Experience in data analysis and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Ability to identify and correct data issues.
• Experience with data process automation.
