Data Analyst I - Remote

Overview

As a Data Analyst at ActBlue, you will analyze and interpret data to provide insights through visualizations and reports, collaborating across various departments to support strategic goals.

In Short

• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Define and measure metrics and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses.
• Present insights verbally and visually.
• Troubleshoot issues in data deliverables.
• Collaborate on code reviews and technical design.
• Add to existing data pipelines.
• Maintain expertise in ActBlue's operations.
• Participate in data request triaging.
• Support supplementary projects as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with version control, preferably GitHub.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistical methods.
• Desire to improve analytical and visualization skills.
• Outstanding stakeholder orientation.
• Familiarity with dbt is a plus.
• Experience working on an Agile team is a plus.
