Senior Cloud Operations Engineer - Remote

CyberSheath Services International LLC is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider primarily focused on providing Cybersecurity services to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). We are excited to be expanding our staff due to our growth and are looking to add an additional Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to our team!

In Short

• The Cloud Operations Engineer is a customer facing role responsible to assist with project and deployment tasks.
• Engage new clients to understand their architecture and implement CyberSheath solutions.
• Manage, support, and migrate/implement projects related to client’s IT systems.
• Provision and deliver computer systems and services, both on-premise and cloud hosted.
• Regularly perform migrations to Office 365 and server migrations to Azure.
• Design and deliver secure cloud solutions in Office 365 and Azure.
• Deploy and maintain tools and monitoring agents.
• Track all activities within the Service Desk Ticketing system.
• Provide timely updates and feedback regarding project status.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot onboarding implementation issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in System Administration.
• Proven experience performing successful Office 365 email migrations.
• Experience with Intune enrollment and policies.
• Intermediate networking experience (TCP/IP, routing, SSH, VPN).
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting.
• Knowledge of security tools such as EDR, SIEM, MFA.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Amazing organization skills to balance workloads.
• Must be comfortable leading technical discussions.
