• Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection security issues.
• Analyze event data to improve policies and incident alerts.
• Partner with clients to develop incident response workflows.
• Refine datasets and policies as customers' data risk strategy matures.
• Identify trends to improve existing data detection and response policies.
• Prepare and present summaries to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams on innovative strategies.
• Provide forensic analysis on requested incidents.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with a data protection product.
• 2+ years experience with Insider Threat Programs.
• 4+ years experience providing guidance on data protection issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Highly motivated and customer-centric.
• Ability to create management presentations.
• Excellent communication skills.
