In Short

• Understand and explain Cyber Cat Risk modeling software products to clients.
• Lead training and onboarding for cyber insurance clients.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure high client retention.
• Understand client stakeholders and business workflow.
• Work closely with Product and Analytics teams.
• Maintain customer health tracking records.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal tools.
• Manage escalation points in product/service delivery.
• Obtain feedback from clients.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in cyber underwriting or related insurance background.
• Experience in analytical modeling beneficial.
• Foundational technical knowledge of cyber security issues beneficial.
• Strong awareness of commercial insurance issues including cyber risk insurance.
• Highly effective communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability in client account management.
• Technical presentation skills.
• High level of professional integrity.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree education.
