The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying qualified clinical candidates for Fox Rehabilitation, a leading private practice in the rehabilitation sector.

• Maintain organized lists of sourced candidates by discipline and region.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams on hiring needs.
• Keep up with sourcing tasks and document completions.
• Travel to home office as needed, not exceeding four times a year.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Phenom and/or Workday is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing channels and strategies.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.
