In Short

• Provide valuable feedback to brands about customer service levels in their boutiques.
• Evaluate the external appearance, business organization, cleanliness, employee behavior, and product knowledge.
• Visit assigned stores pretending to look for a specific item.
• Complete an online questionnaire within 24 hours after the visit.
• Work is mission-based and can be done at any time within the deadline.
• Compensation is provided for completing the survey.
• Applicants must not have worked for luxury retail brands to ensure integrity.
