Overview

The role of the Spatial Data Manager (SDM) involves overseeing the functionality of the client’s Space Management tool, ensuring data integrity and providing reporting for a portfolio of buildings.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations of space management tool.
• Ensure data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data.
• Analyze space utilization and occupancy data.
• Establish data governance and compliance with standards.
• Provide training for system users.
• Contribute to process improvements and performance enhancements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for space data management.
• Monitor execution of space allocation models.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in relevant fields.
• 4-8 years of experience in corporate real estate.
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ownership of requests for successful completion.
