Overview

The Senior Chief Engineer will provide leadership and supervision of engineering and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with building systems and standards while overseeing properties totaling over 500k square feet.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and prioritize needs effectively.
