Overview

As a Senior Broker in the TAG Cross-Border team at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be responsible for managing and providing advisory services for commercial real estate transactions, primarily focused on outbound deals for Korean conglomerates.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in real estate.
• Native Korean speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with industry-specific databases and software.
