MEP Engineer/Manager (Industrial Logistics Park) - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work of a building under construction, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the construction process.

In Short

• Engage in initial design development of MEP Services.
• Review Design Basis Report and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with all disciplines of Services Design.
• Ensure Contractors submit shop drawings and obtain approval.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Provide value addition in vendor selection.
• Ensure proper handover of documents and closing reports.
• Initiate training for the team through Contractors.
• Maintain quality and schedule compliance during execution.
• Foster a collaborative work environment with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.E in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in industrial projects.
• Technical awareness of civil and electro-mechanical works.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in warehouse/industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills.
