Overview

The Manager - Technical is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of property/building, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.

• Maintain electrical equipment and ensure safety of people and property.
• Communicate with staff at all levels regarding health and safety information.
• Manage and audit maintenance of all facilities and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma or B Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in the same field.
• Knowledge of high-end electrical equipment and operations.
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to manage and audit facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.
