Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings and industrial systems.

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service various mechanical devices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work extended periods without relief.
• Flexibility to work shifts and on-call duties.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
