Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and industrial systems, ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in various environments and conditions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or on-call duties.
• Ability to maintain a neat appearance while on duty.
