As a Leasing Consultant, you will play an important role with the onsite management team, generating interest in the community and managing your own success by attaining leasing goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience in leasing or customer service.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Willingness to travel between properties.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required.
