As a Leasing Consultant, you will play an important role with the onsite management team, generating interest in the community and ensuring exceptional service to residents.

• Tour properties with prospects and answer questions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
• Must meet physical demands of the job.
