HR Project Analyst - Fixed Term - Remote

Overview

The HR Project Analyst is responsible for leading and managing projects within the EMEA re-organization, aimed at standardizing and improving HR processes within the region.

In Short

• Lead and manage HR process improvement programs/projects.
• Support various regions and interface with local leadership.
• Manage high-visibility and high-impact projects.
• Ensure proper change management.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across various teams.
• Manage strict timelines, budgets, and defined scope.
• Partner closely with EMEA Country Teams and Global People Services.
• Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Work in a global environment.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.

Requirements

• BSC/MSC degree preferred.
• Experience working with HCM and Agile framework.
• Upper intermediate English language skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday HCM.
• Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage.
