Overview

The Global EHS Lead is responsible for managing and leading Environmental Health & Safety programs across the United States, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safety culture within the organization.

• Lead the deployment of EH&S programs across various sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.

• Support Workers Compensation claims management.
• Coordinate safety inspections and audits.
• Develop and maintain online safety training platforms.

• Participate in new business presentations on EH&S topics.
• Provide training and support for safe work practices.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
• Safety Certification (CSP or CIH) preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/sites effectively.
• Knowledge of OH&S legislation and regulations.
• Excellent research and report writing skills.
• Strong investigative and auditing skills.
