Overview

The Associate Cost Consultant will lead and manage cost consultancy commissions across various property types, providing expert cost advice and fostering strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Chartered (MRICS) or working toward chartership.
• 5+ years of experience in cost consultancy.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Experience in independent project management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
