Overview

As a Power Systems Protection Engineer at Cushing Terrell, you will design and analyze electrical power systems, including substations and distribution lines, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code and National Electrical Code.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience with Electrical Systems Analysis Software (ETAP preferred).
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical competence in electrical system design.
• Ability to prepare fee proposals and various studies.
• Work independently or under supervision.
• Experience administering construction contracts.
