Civil Engineer/Civil Designer - Remote

In Short

• Prepare project plans and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to produce preliminary concepts and drawings.
• Complete cost estimates and research codes and/or jurisdictional requirements.
• Develop positive external and internal client relationships.
• Prepare calculations, technical memorandums, and reports.
• Construction administration including onsite field observation.
• Support design teams in partnership with talented Architects, Engineers, and Business Professionals.

Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of project experience.
• ABET accredited degree in Civil Engineering.
• A Professional Engineering License in the State of job posting or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, and other relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as a project engineer.
• Proficiency in technical writing.
